Small Engine Repair Small engine mechanics repair fractional-horsepower gasoline engines for lawnmowers, garden tractors and similar machines. In this program, students learn to identify problems, dismantle engines and repair or replace parts. Applicants for this course must have completed ninth grade. During this three year program, students will learn the theory behind the operation of two and four cycle engines. They will have the choice of several different areas to specialize in, such as chain saw repair, comprehensive small engine repair, motorcycle repair, comprehensive small engine repair, lawn and garden equipment repair and snowmobile repair. SMALL GASOLINE ENGINE 2 & 4 STROKE CYCLE - 1 crIntroduces the operation, construction, and design of various small gas engines. Audio and visual aids as well as interactive theory are used to explain how both 2 & 4 stroke engines function. SMALL GASOLINE ENGINE
