Computer Aided Drafting & Design
Drafters prepare
detailed drawings based on rough sketches,
specifications and calculations made by scientists,
engineers, architects and designers. Students in
this course prepare drawings using compasses,
dividers, protractors, triangles and computer-aided
drafting devices. Applicants for this course must
have completed ninth grade and must have passed
Algebra I. Drafting, equipment, engineering lettering, proper drawing techniques, geometric construction and orthographic projection. INTRODUCTION TO AUTO CAD - .5 cr
