Selection of students for the Schuylkill Technology Center shall be in accordance with the Articles of Agreement.
	The staff of the Center shall recommend to the school district those students who in their judgment, would benefit most from attendance.
	Their final decision as to which students may attend shall be the responsibility of the school district.
	All admission decisions shall be made on a nondiscriminatory basis.
