During the admission process, a student is interviewed
by the Career Counselor Specialist and is enrolled in a
program based on a career objective. If it becomes evident
that the program is not appropriate to the student’s needs,
abilities, or career goal, a student may request a transfer
from one program to another within the school. The transfer
may occur after an interview with the Career Counselor
Specialist followed by a meeting that would include the
Career Counselor Specialist, the Financial Aid Officer, the
student, and the instructors.
Students have the option to transfer
credit earned at the Schuylkill Technology Center by having
skills mastered evaluated by another post-secondary institution.
If an articulation agreement is in place with a post-secondary
institution, students have the opportunity to receive credit for
work completed as outlined in the agreement.
